Our classes include ballet and jazz warm up, technique, and barre work. The newest addition is 30 minutes of beginning/intermediate tap at the end of class. We also use various pilates and yoga exercises to work on strength, target muscles, and increase flexibility. Anyone is welcome to take our class, male or female.
The only requirement we have is that you must be at least 16 years old.
